The Comic Roast Presents The Movie Roast # 9: Ex Machina

On this week's episode of The Movie Roast, we took on Scott's pick of Alex Garland's recent sci-fi epic Ex-Machina starring Oscar Isaac. In this film, Caleb is a computer programmer that wins an opportunity to travel to the owner of his company's compound to participate in a top secret experiment. Upon arrival, he discovers that he is the first member of society to encounter fully functioning artificial intelligence in the form of the beautiful Ava. Is this a landmark science fiction epic to elevate the genre or another explosive laden robot fest? Tune in let's get weird.
